Price
Price for the apartment: € 120-160
The price is per day and apartment for a minimum stay of 4 days.
The price includes: Accommodation for 2 persons, final cleaning and laundry, heating, electricity, a guided tour of the farm, Rittencard, all fees and taxes, except local tax, which amounts to € 2,50
Additional occupancy 15,00€ per person per night.

Important information
Reservation:
The reservation is binding after paying the deposit of 30% of the total amount and sending the transfer order.
Arrival and departure:
The apartments are available on the day of arrival from 15:00.
On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 am.
Rules of behaviour:
  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
  • Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Cancellacion Conditions:
  • up to 8 weeks before arrival: free of charge
  • up to 4 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total amount
  • up to 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total amount
  • from 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount
To be able to enjoy carefree and to protect yourself, we recommend a travel insurance, e.g. the Red Rooster Cancellation Protection.
Payment:
In advance via bank transfer of the total amount or cash payment upon arrival.

Local tax:
The local tax was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014.
The local tax is used for infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. The local tax will be charged per guest and overnight stay by the accommodation facilities and amounts to € 2,50.
Children under 14 years are exempt from local taxes. The local tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately in the invoice.
Bus connections:
All bus and train connections can be found on the free app südtirolmobil.
Bus stops are located in Saubach (without parking) about15 minutes walk from us or in Lengstein (with parking) about 45 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.
